The Thousand Islands.  Located on the south side of Grenadier Island this property has a clear view across the river to the Seaway shipping channel. Sit on your porch and watch tall ships, freighters, cruise ships, big yachts,  etc. sailing up & down the river. The property has a 60′ dock and 352+ ‘ of shoreline allowing for great privacy. This classic, cedar shake cottage with metal roof has everything, supersized rooms, a huge screened porch,  a floating dock and a sandy shoreline for swimmers of all ages!  The 2-bedrooms upstairs are large and there is a big storage area. Grenadier Island has miles of walking/hiking trails.  If it is watersports you like, the kayaking, water skiing and swimming are great. The island is also home to the Grenadier Island Golf & Tennis Club, only a short golf cart ride away.  With a sheltered waterfront you can see all the boats go by but are not rocked by their wakes.
