It is a unique granite stone cottage with an Arts and Crafts feel and has a single slip boathouse with workshop attached. Minutes from Gananoque it offers beautiful Thousand Island views, privacy and deep water all season long. A classic, covered, “Summer Home” verandah flows around 2 sides of the cottage.  The main floor has large windows, 2 stone fireplaces, 2 sitting rooms, a dining room, the kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. The 4 bedrooms upstairs are light and bright. The primary is large and has a walk out to a private balcony looking south over the river. A classic summer cottage.
