Elements of Real Estate
I believe that whether you are selling or buying there are really
only five basic elements involved in the process. To achieve your
real estate goals you must, as either a buyer or seller, acknowledge
and understand them. My job, as your agent, to help you keep them
in balance.

THE PRODUCT
- of course is your selected property. Some show to perfection
others not as well and still others as a "handyman's
dream". Everybody has different goals to achieve, I will
help you identify how to best match yours to the product available. |

THE TIMING
- or the state of the real estate market at the time you want
to become involved. The market is what it is. I will help
you understand the existing market place so that you time
your involvement to achieve your goals. |

THE COMPETITION
- Your final decision will be based on what you have seen
and the most recent market activity. The supply of homes is
constantly changing. Current market factors always affect
sellers and buyers opinions of what homes are worth. The important
factor is what are the current market factors when you are
in an "offering position"? As your agent I will
keep you informed and up to date. |

THE PRICE
- is effectively what the market will bear at the time of
offering. If a home has not sold after a reasonable length
of time but other similar ones have, then its price is out
of line with the market. My job as your agent it to follow
the market and evaluate its activity as it relates to your
property. |

THE OFFER
- emotion, finances, personalities. Three factors that get
multiplied by the number of people involved. As your agent
I will guide you through this sometimes confusing, stressful
and complex period. |
